  listening to the trains every hour, with tracks not fenced off. flat sheets on the bed instead of fitted, and badly stained carpets. front desk said they would remind staff to not ""cheat"" with the sheets ? regular occurence it appears

  Did not receive the room as described. was to be non-smoking but it obviously had been used as a smoking room and smelled awful. noisy trains throughout the night.
